Deep-Fried Turkey 3

Fixings
  •     1 (10-pound) turkey
  •     2 tablespoons House preparing, formula follows
  •     2 tablespoons of your number one dry rub
  •     3 to 5 gallons nut oil
House Seasoning:
  •     1 cup salt
  •     1/4 cup dark pepper
  •     1/4 cup garlic powder

Directions

Wash bird all around, and permit to deplete. Rub turkey done with House Seasoning. Cover turkey with dry rub. Permit the bird to sit until it arrives at room temperature.
Heat nut oil in a turkey fryer or an extremely, huge stockpot to 350 degrees F. Lower turkey into hot oil, cautiously, ensuring it is completely lowered. Fry turkey for 3 minutes for each pound in addition to 5 minutes for every bird. Eliminate turkey from oil and channel on paper towels.
Present with most loved Thanksgiving sides and mixed greens.
